Tell us a little bit about this petRoxann was tied to a bumper of a truck along with 9’other dogs and abused for the first year and a half of her life because she wouldn’t hunt. The state took her away from the owner and I rescued her or did she rescue me? I’ve had her for 9 years and she is the sweetest and smartest dog I’ve seen. It took 5 years of working with her every day to get into a car without anxiety. She has made her own doggie friends and brings joy to everyone she meets. Last year she became diabetic and needs to receive insulin shots twice a day but I am committed to her to ensure she still leads a happy life and she is still the happy little girl that she has become.
