Cat's Story (150 words)Hoder came into Cat Welfare with some eye issues that resulted in both eyes having to be removed. His best friend, Charlie, was a stray that was found by Hoder's former foster parents, and is sweet as can be. The two boys became fast friends and even though Hoder couldn't see he didn't let it slow him down and he always kept up with Charlie. Sadly, Hoder passed away suddenly and Charlie greatly misses his brother.
