Cat's Story (150 words)Amelia came to me as a one-pound foster kitten along with her brother, Spencer. Luckily, I wasn't a very good foster mother because both are still with me, more than seven years later. Amelia is curious, intelligent, sweet, affectionate, and my constant companion. Amelia's talents include turning light switches off and opening dresser drawers. It's not uncommon to find her curled in a drawer among my socks. Amelia was diagnosed with early onset kidney disease in 2016 when she was only six. Each day with her is a blessing.
