About PhotoI’ve had Dootz since she was 8 weeks old, she’ll be 14 on November 22. This dog has saved my life on numerous occasions, and has traveled all over the country with me, and my partner. She’s the smartest animal I’ve ever met, knowing exactly when console, or demand. Her expressions always share what she’s thinking, but she’s not afraid to vocally express either. Her favorite place is both the beach and the desert where she’s able to tap into her wild side and fully come into herself. Saying she loves food is an understatement - “nommies” once she ate TWO full turkey carcasses and had a big balloon belly for about a week, swaying as she walked. She loves her family, her bed, and her bully sticks. She guards the house even in her golden years and still has enough energy to chase the laser pointer.
