About PhotoConfetti was adopted from the Seal Beach Animal Care Center as a kitten but returned a couple of years later for litter box issues, which turned out to be caused by chronic constipation. Her special diet and medications mean she spends most of her time in a cage, but Confetti is only three years old and is a sweet, playful, affectionate lap cat who deserves a loving home!
