Dogs storyPrecious was an owner surrender to Homeward Pet Adoption Center, an animal shelter I have been involved with for 24 years now. This three-year-old, three pound tea cup stole my heart right away, and was the shelter's ambassador for many years. She was the best companion I have ever had.
