Pet's Story or Brief BioLucy was truly meant to be ours. Originally matched with another family, fate stepped in and brought her to us instead. While we waited, I began volunteering at the shelter and fell even more in love with her sweet spirit. Lucy had to undergo cancer surgery before she could officially come home, but once she healed, she joined our family with open paws and an open heart. Now, Lucy is thriving alongside her older lab sister Sadie, her two adopted cat sisters, and her two human sisters. She proudly walks the girls to the bus stop each morning, loves pup cups with Mom, and never misses a boat ride or river adventure with Dad and Sadie. Lucy has filled our home with joy, love, and the reminder that sometimes the best things in life really are meant to be.
