Pet's Name Pepper

Your pet's story:Pepper has been an amazing addition to the family. She has helped her mom through some tough times. Shortly after getting Pepper, her mom , Desiree, had to go in for a spinal fusion surgery. Over the next 4 months Desiree was confined to bed and a living room chair. Pepper helped her to pass the time and feel companionship while the kids were at school and dad was at work. Pepper helped Desiree recover quicker by giving Desiree someone to take care of during the day. Because of this, Pepper has learned on her own how to sit on the couch to get the best belly rubs! She started doing this all on her own. She will sit with her flat on the couch and her back paws sticking in front. When she really wants belly rubs she will even lean herself back with her front paws up in the are and give a little growl to let us know she needs her belly rubbed!
