Pet's Name Haywire

Your pet's story:My name is Haywire (kitten formerly known as Oreo). I was an alley cat in DeLand just a few months ago. You don’t have any idea how hard it is to get a meal on the streets. Underweight for my age and tired I was picked up and taken to Halifax Humane Society. It seemed like I would never find the right family. One day this lady came into the cat room and was looking at EVERY SINGLE cat. I had to get her attention!! Each time she walked by I reached out and pawed her arm hoping she would stop and get to know me. We exchanged pleasantries but she left. I was losing hope. At the end of the day she came in with a big smile and a cat carrier to take ME home. I was welcomed into a large loving farm family and love it at my new home.
