Why would he/she like to be the next Paws Walk Grand Marshal?Because Cecil is a cat, and cats like to be in charge. Cecil also likes to raise money for Homeward Animal Shelter to take care of other animals until they find their home just like they did for him when he was sick from diabetes and homeless.
