Pet's StorySkye was adopted from the Jackson County Animal Shelter in Oregon in 2002, and has been by my side through thick and thin, for many life changes. An unofficial mascot for GHS, she greeted many a visitor over her nine years working beside me in my office at GHS. The sweetest soul you could ever know, Skye passed peacefully at home this August, surrounded by friends and family, at the ripe old age of 15 ½. She has left a hole in our hearts, but our lives are richer for having been blessed to know her. RIP Skye Girl.
