Pet's StoryOliver was officially adopted from GHS in June of 2013, after 2 months of fostering. A lovable snuggler from day one, he was my little white shadow from the moment we met. Originally coming to GHS in horrible condition, his fur was matted and he was covered in filth. After being shaved down to his skin and receiving a little love, Oliver never hesitated to return the love given to him. The happiest boy you could ever meet, his time with us was too short. After a four month hard fought battle with prostate cancer, we had to let him go in January of this year. Our wish is that all pet owners spay and neuter their pets early in life, to avoid possible reproductive cancers like Oliver’s. RIP Oliver.
