Pet's StoryAt 7 years old, Orlando’s first family tried to put him down when he started acting out because they got a dog. The vet refused to put down a perfectly good cat and turned him over to the shelter where I was working. He was promoted for $5 as part of our Cinco De Mayo special. I adopted him in 2016 and he has grown to be my best buddy. He comes when I call him, loves human food and is always there when I’m upset or crying. He definitely rescued me, not the other way around.
