Pet's Name Apollo

Pet's StoryApollo came to me from Baypath as a foster on Thanksgiving morning, 2019. He was just supposed to stay through the holiday weekend, but on Sunday I called back offering to keep him for "just a few more days" and the rest is history. He was recovering from surgery and could barely walk, but was the sweetest, goofiest, most outgoing dog I had ever met. A few months later the pandemic struck, and he began doing "virtual" pet therapy for my dad, who was living in a nursing home and greatly missed his live pet therapy visits. When my dad passed away a few months later, Apollo was such a support. He has become the best adventure buddy and partner-in-crime I could ever ask for.......and I have met half of the neighborhood because he insists on saying hello to everyone! I will always be grateful to Baypath for bringing us together.
