Cake StoryI am an absolute fan of the Hallmark Christmas truck and made this cake for our corporate Christmas party. It is chocolate cake, chocolate ganache, and covered in fondant/modeling chocolate. It was a blast to make and even more fun to see everyone’s reaction at our Christmas party!
