Cake Title Dino party

Cake StoryI'm a hobby baker and a close friend was having a Dino party for her 3 yr old. I was given full range of what I wanted to do for her :) which allowed me to go completely out of my comfort zone. I quickly got to work planning and preparing, researching and watching videos over and over again. This was my first time creating a true 3D cake, using modeling chocolate and creating an internal structure. This cake stood over 3 feet tall and was nearly 4 feet long. To say they were blown away when it was delivered was an understatement!

Your Icing Smiles StoryI grew up watching my mom make cakes as a young girl, which lead to my baking passion. I've been a hobby baker for most of my adult life (48yrs) and enjoy bringing peoples ideas to life. I've had the privilege to be apart of so many family milestones and memories that it makes me feel as if I'm a part of their family too. I am still a hobby baker today as I manage my full time career & my 3 daughters. However, I still carry the dream of one day having my own cake shop to bring joy through cake full time.
