Your Icing Smiles StoryI’ve always had a love for baking. In 2009 I gave birth to my child. By 6 months old I knew he had some type of food allergies. The pediatrician asked me to keep a food journal until he was 9 months to get tested. Found out he was allergic to pretty much everything, including milk and eggs. I stopped baking. I never kept these items in my home. Skip to his first birthday. I ordered a specialty allergy free cake. Served everyone at the party. No one ate it. It was flavorless and dense. I was determined to find a recipe and make his cake for his 2nd birthday. I did…after months of combining several recipes I found online. I created a delicious cake. His 2nd birthday came and no one wanted cake. I assured them that it wasn’t the same bakery. It was a hit! I had several cake requests and that’s where my journey began. I always say my business started from “A mothers love for her child
