Cake Title Quinceanera Cake

Cake StoryOne of my best friend/customer ordered this quinceanera cake for her niece. She sent me a picture of the invitation card, said you can do whatever you like as long as the colors are white & pink and has some roses. I put all my heart making the roses which were gumpaste as well as wafer paper. The piping was a replicate of the invitation card. Since the cake was 2 tiers, I offered her two flavors red velvet cake with mascarpone mousse filling and vanilla cake with blueberry lemon filling all covered with Swiss meringue buttercream. Everybody liked the cake, it was a hit .

Your Icing Smiles StoryThis is my first entry with the Icing Smiles, I don't have an edible printer nor tried an Icing Images.
