Pet's StoryBest foster brother ever! Sparky was a stray I. Kentucky & rescued by PAWNY. He was my 12 or13th foster doggie & is so kind and gentle with everyone. I was at a point t in life where I didn’t think I could have a dog, due to spinal injuries and a major spinal surgery on the horizon. Other volunteers foster sat him while I was hospitalized & recovering from surgery. He is such a BFF to all he meets & has helped save over 80 other rescues
