TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By uploading a photo, you confirm that you have read and agree to our Terms & Conditions and your child's profile will be available to view online. All submissions for entries to the Boo Baby Contest must be made by the parent or guardian (over 18 years of age) of that child to allow reproduction of the image on the website.

Entrants must hold all rights for visual content uploaded as image owner (parent/guardian) or by holding written consent provided to you by the owner (eg: a professional photographer).

All entrants must be under three (3) years old as of October 31, 2021.

Entrants must ensure minors are clothed in any photographs provided.

No entry may contain defamatory content, including but not limited to, images, words or symbols that are widely viewed as offensive to persons of a certain ethnic, religious, racial, sexual - orientated or socioeconomic group.

Entrants agree that photos entered may appear on the homepage of the Mad Anthonys Children’s Hope House (MACHH) website, on MACHH’s social media accounts and any promotional activities.

VOTING RULE

Online voting will take place from October 18, 2021 at 12pm to October 28, 2021 at 11:59pm.

The cost to vote is $1 per vote with a minimum starting vote of $5.

Anyone can vote – voting is not limited to geographic location.

Voters may vote multiple times.

You may vote for your own Baby.
