Cat's Story (150 words)My name’s Destiny, I was 15 when Ryan and Steve adopted me. I was a little old lady with a big voice and even bigger opinions. I didn’t care for the other cats at the shelter, too chaotic. But the moment I saw Ryan and Steve, I knew they were my humans. They brought me home, and for three wonderful years, I ruled the house. I loved soft blankets, warm laps, and being the center of attention. Pets? Yes. Cuddles? Always. But if something wasn’t to my liking, wrong food, wrong spot, wrong vibe, I made sure they heard about it. Loud and proud. MEOW. I wasn’t the easiest cat, but I know I was loved deeply and fiercely. Ryan and Steve gave me peace, comfort, and a place to just be myself. On March 29, 2025, I crossed the rainbow bridge. I left behind a home filled with love, paw prints on their hearts, and a few cat hairs on every black shirt they owned.
