Beer Cheese Spaghetti

Measurements & Ingredients
1 pound Spaghetti 1 pound sliced Knockwurst or Sausage 1 1/2 cups of cut up Onions 1/4 cup of Butter 1 can of Cheddar Cheese Soup 1 cup of Beer (your choice of brand) 1/2 cup of Sour Cream Optional: 1 TBL of Horseradish Mustard 1 TBL of Coraway Seeds
Preparation Instructions
Prepare Spaghetti as directed on box. Drain and set aside. Saute Knockwurst, onions and butter for approximately 10 minutes. ADD Soup, Beer, and Sour Cream (along w/horseradish and coraway seed if you wish). Simmer for at least 10 minutes. Transfer spaghetti and sauce to a baking dish cover and bake at 350* for 20 minutes. Serves 6
