Rules

Everyone is encouraged to participate whether you want to submit a recipe or if you want to vote!!!

1. A minimum donation of $5 is required to enter the contest. The entry donation will count as 5 votes for your entry. All 5 votes received in return for your entry donation and any additional votes received from making an additional donation at the time the entry is made are applied to your entry. If you would like to split your votes between entries, please make a separate donation through the DONATE FOR VOTES link that will be placed in your Vote Bank and can then be applied to as many entries as you like.
2. All Entries count whether it is a main course, appetizer, side dish, drink or dessert. 
3. Digital photos and YouTube videos links will be accepted online from April 1, 2016 at 12:00 AM (CENTRAL) until April 25, 2016 at 10:00:00 PM (CENTRAL).
4. Votes are $1 donation each, with a minimum of 5 votes per transaction. Each $1 donation counts as one vote for that photo. Votes will be accepted from April 1, 2016 at 12:00 AM (CENTRAL) until April 25th at 10:00 PM (CENTRAL).
5. Complete the online entry form and submit your photo in a JPEG, JPG, PNG or GIF format and YouTube video link (if desired). All submitted photos and video links are subject to review by Pierre Area Referral for inappropriate/offensive content. Inappropriate/Offensive entries will not be permitted in the contest. The entry donation is non-refundable.
6. Contest photos and videos can be of just your food creation or may include the creators of the masterpiece.
7. Photos and videos may contain more than recipe but only one recipe per entry may be entered in the contest and named the winner. If you would like to enter more than one recipe for a chance to win, then each recipe must be entered individually
8. Incomplete and/or inaccurate entries and entries not complying with all rules are subject to disqualification.
9. All submitted photos and information become property of Pierre Area Referral Service.  Entrant grants Pierre Area Referral Service, non-exclusive rights to the submitted photograph and video for all purposes without further compensation.
10. All online payments are made through a secure site — both credit and debit card transactions will be accepted.
11. Entrants/winners under the age of 18 must have permission of a parent or legal guardian.
12. Pierre Area Referral is not responsible for any technical problems or for late, incomplete, stolen, or misdirected entries.
13. All donations are non-refundable. Pierre Area Referral Service is a 501(c)(3) organization and your donation is eligible for a tax deduction. Requests for legal tax deductible receipt can be obtained by requesting at [email protected]  
14. In accepting a prize, the winner acknowledges that Pierre Area Referral Service may not be held liable for any loss, damage or injury associated with accepting or using prize(s).
15. Winners will be notified no later than April 30, 2016. Winners will be posted on the Pierre Area Referral Service FaceBook page and web page on or about April 30th.
16. Privacy policy: Under no circumstances will entrants' name, email address, mailing address or other identifying information be shared, sold or exchanged except as otherwise noted in official rules.
