BioNikki is described as caring, determined, self- motivated, and smart. Her personal mission is to be both the 'Change You Want to See' and 'If not me, then who; and if not now, then when'. She volunteers regularly with the Tallahassee Human Relations Council, Zeta Phi Beta where she serves as the Mental Health Initiative Lead, and Southern Shakespeare Company as a board member. She empowers and lifts up others to be the best version of themselves while doing it with grace and a spirit of excellence.
