The 2019 Pet Pinup Calendar

Calling all creatures great and small – We’re searching for Albuquerque's next pet supermodels! From feisty ferrets to cute kitties, beautiful birds and precious pooches, all pets are eligible to enter. All it takes is a $25.00 entry fee per pet, a picture and answering a few quick questions – It’s that easy! 

And best yet, we will share 10% of all voting proceeds with Animal Humane New Mexico and Lap Dog Rescue of New Mexico to help less fortunate pets in our community.

Each first round vote can be placed for $1.00 per selection, with a minimum five (5) votes per transaction.  
Each final round vote can be placed for $2.00 per selection, with a minimum three (3) votes per transaction.  

Anyone can vote, and there’s no limit on votes cast – So vote early, and vote often! Be sure to campaign for your pet on Facebook & Instagram, or call, text and email your friends to vote!      

The names and photos of all pets entered into the contest will appear online here during the first round of voting, October 31 - November 19. Voting updates will be published each Sunday during voting in the Sunday Journal. The 25 pets with the most votes at the end of first round voting will advance to the final round of voting. The names and photos of the top 25 pets will appear online here during the final round of voting, November 21 - December 5. The 13 pets with the most votes at the end of final round voting will become the models for our 2019 calendar, published with the Albuquerque Journal on Sunday, December 30, 2018.

10/31/2018 - 11/19/2018 =  First Round of Voting 

11/21/2018 = Top 25 Finalists Announced 

11/21/2018 - 12/5/2018 = Final Round of Voting 

12/30/2018 = Calendar Publishes and Winners are Announced
