Pet's Name Emmet

Pet's StoryBeing born in a feral cat colony Emmet was being moved by his mother and she dropped him, he rolled under a bush, at that time he was approximately 2 weeks old. The mother couldn't reach him and left the area. We took him home and bottle fed him and raised him. This Halloween picture was his first Halloween with us 13 years ago. Emmet is our pride and joy and for the past 13 years has allowed us to live with him. He is the king of his castle and is not only the most handsome boy but also the most spoiled. He certainly has no idea what life could have been like if he remained feral. After doing TNR in the area of that colony it was found that most of the cats suffered from FIP and most likely suffered and died a very sad and painful death. Emmet was one of the lucky ones to be saved from that life. He is one of the best cats I have ever owned and is so well behaved and so smart. I've owned many cats in the past but have never come across a boy like Emmet. We were blessed to have found him on that rainy August day 13 years ago.
