Rules

The deadline for submissions and votes is November 1st, 2023.

1. Contest opportunity is exclusive to Cats and Dogs only. (Photos may include multiple dogs and/or cats)
2. Kindly refrain from including people in the photos.*
3. Entries must be submitted by the pet owner.
4. You may submit multiple photos. Keep in mind that friends and family votes add up, spreading those votes among multiple entries limit your chance of winning.
5. Baypath Humane Society of Hopkinton will review all submitted photos. It may take up to 24 hours for the photos to be approved and available for display and voting.
6. All photos must be non-explicit in nature and failure to abide by these rules and contest waiver will automatically disqualify entry.

1. For your photo to be publishable please submit a digital photo with a file size of 1 MB or higher. Regular photos developed from film and scanned copies are often not of high enough quality to print and include in the calendar.
2. File sizes will be automatically reduced when uploaded to the live voting site. However, winners are required to submit the original photo via email to [email protected]. This must be done within five days of the contest's conclusion to ensure that the photo is included in the calendar.
3. In the event that your submitted photo is of poor quality and cannot be improved for publication, we will notify you if you are a winner. You will have the chance to send in a replacement photo of the same pet(s). If this is not possible, the Baypath Humane Society reserves the right to exclude your winning submission from the calendar.
4. Please take note that all photographs submitted become the property of Baypath Humane Society of Hopkinton. The organization reserves the right to utilize them at their discretion for marketing purposes.

• Each $1 donation counts as a vote for that photo. All proceeds from the contest will go towards Baypath Humane Society. Donations are non-refundable and final.
• Online payments are processed through a secure website to ensure your protection.
• Baypath Humane Society of Hopkinton is a 501(c)(3) organization. Donations are tax deductible to the extent permitted by law.

• The photo with the highest number of votes will be showcased on the front cover as well as being recognized as the "Pet of the Month" on one of the calendar pages. 
• The next 11 top vote recipients will be a Pet of the Month. 
• Up to 40 more vote recipients will be included in the blank blocks of the calendar days.
• During the competition, pictures with the most votes will be showcased on Baypath's website and social media pages.
