Pet's StoryI had wanted a dog my whole life and finally in high school my parents surprised me at Baypath. The second we pulled in the parking lot I knew who we were there to see. A little dog around 8 pounds was pacing along the fencing of her outdoor kennel and I knew instantly that was my soul dog. We took her home that same day and soon discovered a trait we didn’t know she had. Those big ears! We were told she was found alone at a bus stop in Louisiana so we don’t have much information about her past. She was extremely nervous and clearly malnourished but with a little TLC Paisley grew to be the most loving, energetic dog around. Come to find out her most favorite thing in the world is the same as mine…blankets. I don’t know if she gets it from me but this dog loves them more than any dog I’ve seen before. She steals all the comfiest ones and makes them her own. She also loves watching TV or any videos on phones or tablets. Every night we watch a nature documentary before bed. She intently watches it through its entirety before I can turn it off. Any guesses on her favorite documentaries? I’ll put the answer at the end. Anyways, now we go for walks on the beach everyday and she gets all the toys and treats she could dream of. Rescuing her was the best decision we could’ve made that day and now paisley is a loving part of our family forever.The correct answer was the big cat documentaries, she loves watching the tigers and lions!
