From 8/2/22 – 9/22/22, GPBOR C.A.R.E. will be hosting a SECOND ANNUAL SUMMER’S CUTEST PET CONTEST – FEATURING YOUR PETS DRESSED UP.  Proceeds will benefit  Day One  and Refugee Dream Center.  This contest is open to all members of the Greater Providence Board of REALTORS® including their family members, who are 18 years of age or older and legal residents of the US.

• One registration form per pet.  All pets/animal companions must be owned animals, and all are welcome: dogs, cats, fish, birds, rabbits, etc.
  
  
• Each online registration form must be fully completed with the name of the pet, the name of its owner, the owner’s phone number and email address and shall be accompanied by the $10 non-refundable filing fee and digital photo. We reserve the right to request additional information.
  
  
• Entries will be accepted between 8/2/22 and 8/19/22. 
  
  
• Photos of each “dressed up” pet entered into the contest will appear on:  https://my.360photocontest.com/gpborcarecutestpet
  
  
• High resolution/quality digital photos are required no larger than 2.0 MB. Photos may not be edited or altered (other than minor color or contrast adjustments).
  
  
• Photos cannot include harmful, obscene, pornographic, violent, or illegal images or anything which might infringe upon State and Federal laws on antitrust.  No firm names, logos or humans can appear in photos. 
  
  
• By submitting the registration form, you authorize us to call, email, mail or text you for the purposes of this contest.
  
  
• We are not responsible for any printing, typographical, human or other errors of any kind in any contest-related materials or for stolen, lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete or illegible entries.
  
  
• Voting:  all photos will appear on https://my.360photocontest.com/gpborcarecutestpet  and the voting will take place between 8/22/22 – 9/2/22 by anyone accessing this URL.  Each vote costs $1 with a minimum of five (5) votes.  Voting fees are non-refundable.  We will also utilize  submitted photos for marketing purposes, including their appearance on our Facebook page:  https://www.facebook.com/GPBOR-CARE-487035801478806, website and emails.
  
  
• We encourage you to share the URL of https://my.360photocontest.com/gpborcarecutestpet and encourage your friends, family and others to vote, vote, vote between 8/22/22 - 9/2/22.  The cost per vote is $1 and there is no limit to how many times you can vote.  We ask for a minimum of 5 votes.
  
  
• GPBOR C.A.R.E. will announce the top vote getter on or around 9/9/22.  The pet owner of the winner will receive a $100 gift card to Rumford Pet Centers and a $100 gift card to Providence G hospitality restaurant group (good at Rooftop at the Providence G or the  Providence G pub or Sarto or Garde East).
  
  
• The information provided on the registration form will not be sold and will be utilized solely for the purpose of this contest, which is to fundraise for Day One and Refugee Dream Center and shall be destroyed  in our sole discretion.
  
  
• GPBOR C.A.R.E. is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information and assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, destruction or unauthorized access to our Facebook page, https://my.360photocontest.com/gpborcarecutestpet or any other systems associated with this contest.
  
  
• By submitting your photo, you certify that it is your original work and that you have the legal right to enter this contest.  No copyrighted materials (music, images, etc.) may be used for this contest unless you own the copyright or have a license to use the material for this contest. Written permission must be obtained and provided upon request for all copyrighted materials.
  
  
• You grant GPBOR C.A.R.E. (Community Awareness REALTOR® Events) a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to publish your photo, your name and your pet’s name without further permission, notice or compensation except where prohibited by law.
  
  
• Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted by law or regulations.
