Pet's Name Tigger

Why do you think your kitty should be the Star of CCR in 2022?Despite having been abandoned by at least two of his owners in very cold Ithaca New York, Tigger was made to be a star. He has a near perfect tabby coat, but stays humble about it. When his current human took him in for his first check-up he was misgendered as female, so he is a cat that can be a champion for the LGBTQ community.

Does you kitty have any special talents?Tigger can open pretty much any door set before him. Even if he can't open it and it has become apparent that he can't open it, he will continue to try...relentlessly, until someone with thumbs remedies the situation.

What makes your kitty have star quality?Tigger has star quality because he gets along with everyone--other cats and dogs! From his rough start in Ithaca he can connect with other cats and people who get in a rough spot.

What are your kitty's nicknames?One might think that Tigger got his name from his beautiful tabby coat, but you would only be half right. When Tigger came to his current human there was another animal in the home: a dog named Pooh Bear. The two became fast friends. With a coat like Tigger's it only made sense to give him his legal name. He has since gained the nicknames Tig, Tigster, Fluff Muffin, and Phluff.

Why should people vote for your kitty?People should vote for Tigger because despite his luxurious coat he is a cat for the people. He can go from hanging at the local bagel shop (he loves to steal bagels) to dining over an expensive meal of chicken (he also loves to steal chicken).

How will your kitty handle his/her newfound fame??Tigger will probably handle his newfound fame much like he handled his misgendering, in stride and with grace and acceptance.
