Let’s fill a calendar with love — starting with your dog

The kind of love that makes you climb mountains, cross rivers and stop in your tracks just to watch them breathe in the world?

Love Unleashed is a monthlong celebration of that bond — a chance to show off the adventurous, big-hearted soul who makes your life an epic love story.

Companions Animal Center is partnering with Big White Dog Photography to bring you a 2026 wall calendar full of the big-loved dogs in the Inland Northwest.

All proceeds from entries, voting and calendar sales will help Companions Animal Center continue their work providing quality humane care, rehabilitation, adoption and education for the good of animals and their companions in our community.

How it works
Submit your favorite photo of your dog for $5, then ask your family and friends to vote. Each vote is $1 and sold in packs of five. Please review the contest rules carefully for submission guidelines — entries that don’t follow the guidelines will not be approved for voting.

The top 12 vote-getters will win a spot in the 2026 Love Unleashed calendar, which will be created through a free portrait session with Big White Dog Photography at a pre-selected outdoor location in Spokane or Coeur d’Alene.

These winners will also receive artwork credits toward my limited edition products, designed especially for shorter sessions like these. Credits can also be applied toward premium products if you want to go bigger.

• 1st place – $400 artwork credit
• 2nd place – $200 artwork credit
• 3rd place – $200 artwork credit
• 4th through 12th place – $100 artwork credit

Voting closes at 11:59 p.m. Pacific on Friday, September 19.
