Your ProfileI started painting and drawing before I went to school. I attended classes at the Toledo Museum of Arts from kindergarten through 8th grade. I taught art at Elementary and Middle schools throughout my career. When my husband and I moved to Pinehurst I joined the Artists League of the Sandhills. I presently teach at the League, Belle Meade and Pine Knoll Retirement Villages.

The Story Behind My AmericaThe delicate form, fragrance, and beauty of flowers have spoken to me throughout my life more than I can tell in written words. They are my favorite thing to paint. I grow them, love arranging them, and surround our home with their rainbow colors reflecting their creator. They are sunshine, food and medicine for my soul!
