Your ProfileI’m an active person who is a happy wife, mom, dog mom, and golfer. Originally from Sylvania, Ohio, we moved to Foxfire Village, NC six years ago and have loved every minute we’ve spent here. I enjoy photography and am working to learn more about the art of capturing a great shot.

The Story Behind My AmericaTraveling across America we have found so many beautiful places. We’re so lucky to live in a country that offers stunning vistas from coast to coast. We found one of these amazing views hiking along the Appalachian Trail in North Carolina. This late summer shot captures wild flowers and the Blue Ridge mountains as seen from a few miles north of Overmountain Shelter.
