Rules

Submissions: Each photo entry requires a $10 donation. You may submit any number of photos. Submissions must be uploaded by Friday, October 20th, 2023, at 11:59 pm (EST). Voting will begin on Friday, October 13th, 2023 at 8:00 am (EST) and run through Saturday, October 21st, 2023, at 11:59 pm (EST). 

**Photos must be high resolution. Long edge should be at least 1136 pixels. If submitting camera phone photos, please ensure your camera is taking the maximum resolution otherwise we may ask for another photo. Once a photo is submitted, it will appear in the online gallery and will be open to the public once voting begins. We reserve the right to decline publication of any photograph for any reason.

Voting: Votes are sold in five-vote blocks at $1 per vote. You may use your votes on any picture submission you choose. And you may vote as many times as you want – just purchase the amount of votes you would like to use. When you purchase your "votes” you are actually making a donation to Southeast German Shorthaired Pointer Rescue, Inc. All donations are non-refundable but are tax deductible.

Winners are chosen based on the number of votes each dog received. The top 12 dogs with the highest number of votes will be given a "month" spot. **Each dog may only win one month, once a dog wins a month, he/she will be removed from eligibility for another "month” spot. ** SE GSP Rescue may also use other photos submitted to create the cover of the calendar. SE GSP Rescue may also use additional photos to be featured within the calendar and promoting of the calendar.

Once submitted, all photos become property of Southeast German Shorthaired Pointer Rescue. By submitting your photo(s), you permit SEGSP Rescue to use your name in conjunction with the photo(s) and to use your photo(s) to promote SE GSP Rescue in any and all media.  Photo(s) may be used on the SE GSP Rescue website, in promotional print materials and as otherwise deemed appropriate by SE GSP Rescue. 

SE GSP Rescue reserves the right to modify or clarify the rules of this contest during the period of the contest without advance notice.
