Rules

Contest Period

• The contest will run from October 1st, 2023, at 12:00 AM through October 31st, 2023, at 11:59 PM. Entry submissions and voting will be accepted from October 1st, 2023, at 12:00 AM through October 31st, 2023, at 11:59 PM. Entries or votes prior to or after the contest period will not be considered for prizes.

   

Entry Requirements

• Eligible pets include dogs, cats, horses and other small domestic animals.
• One registration form per pet.  All pets/animal companions must be owned animals.
  
• Each online registration form must be fully completed with the name of the pet, the name of its owner, the owner’s phone number and email address and shall be accompanied by the $5.00 non-refundable filing fee and digital photo. We reserve the right to request additional information.
• Photos of each pet entered into the contest will appear on:  https://my.360photocontest.com/TivertonLionsPetCostumeContest
• High resolution/quality digital photos are required no larger than 2.0 MB. Photos may not be edited or altered (other than minor color or contrast adjustments).
• Photos cannot include harmful, obscene, pornographic, violent, or illegal images or anything which might infringe upon State and Federal laws on antitrust.  No firm names, political images, logos or humans can appear in photos. 
• By submitting the registration form, you authorize us to call, email, mail or text you for the purposes of this contest.
• By submitting your photo, you certify that it is your original work and that you have the legal right to enter this contest.  No copyrighted materials (music, images, etc.) may be used for this contest unless you own the copyright or have a license to use the material for this contest.

Voting and Prizes

• Votes on submissions are open to the public.
• Each vote costs $1 with a minimum purchase of five (5) votes.  Voting fees are non-refundable.  
• We encourage you to share the URL: https://my.360photocontest.com/tiverton-lions-pet-costume-contest and encourage your friends, family and others to vote, vote, vote!  Our contest is also linked from our website: www.tivertonlionsclub.com.
• First, Second, and Third Place will be awarded based on vote count. The most voted photo will win First Place.
• Contest winners will be announced on November 1st, 2023 on our website: www.tivertonlionsclub.com.  

Other

• The Tiverton Lions Club is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information and assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, destruction or unauthorized access to our Facebook page, https://my.360photocontest.com/tiverton-lions-pet-costume-contest, or any other systems associated with this contest.
• The winners will be notified, and their pet’s image will appear on: https://my.360photocontest.com/tiverton-lions-pet-costume-contest
• You grant the Tiverton Lions Club permission to publish your pet’s photo, your name and your pet’s name on our website, Facebook page and local newspapers.
• The information provided on the registration form will not be sold and will be utilized solely for the purpose of this contest, which is to fundraiser for the Tiverton Lions Club.
• We reserve the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the contest or any part of it.
