Features and noteworthy detailsMy father bought this car in 1972 after seeing them race in the USAC stock car series. He felt the car would be a future collectible, and he was right. I grew up car and it's been part of my life for the last 49 years. It was also a big part of my relationship with dad, as we drove the car to Talladega in 1975 and '76. The car was a great shared experience that forged a path in life for me. Dad has been gone since 1993, but I think of him every time I get in the car. It's unrestored and other than the heads being off, has never been apart. It's a nice old car with a 440 engine.
