Rules

By submitting your photo into the contest, you agree and consent that the Patriots and Paws has your permission to publish your pet’s name, information, photo, and the owner’s name online and in print, and may use these images to promote the contest and or Patriots and Paws in our marketing.

No cost to enter.

THE WINNER WILL BE PICKED BY POPULAR VOTE. 

Entries  and voting will be accepted between 8/1/22 and 8/31/22.

VOTERS MAY VOTE AS MUCH AS THEY LIKE AND AS OFTEN AS THEY LIKE. 

All voting fees are non-refundable. All entries subject to approval by the Patriots and Paws.  Voting fees can only be paid via credit card on the website.

Anyone can vote for the pet(s) of their choice during the voting period online. Each vote can be placed for $1 per selected pet. There is a 5-vote/$5 minimum per pet.  You cannot split a payment between multiple pet entries. 

Up to five entries per contestant.  

12 PHOTOS WILL BE CHOSEN FOR OUR CALENDAR, 1 PER CONTESTANT. 

All photos must include a Veteran, an Active Duty service member, a Reservist or a member of the National Guard and their Pet. Others may also be in the photo. All pets/animal companions must be owned animals, and all are welcome: dogs, cats, fish, birds, rabbits, etc.

We will accept b/w and color photos.

High resolution/quality digital photos are required no larger than 2.0 MB. Photos may not be edited or altered, other than minor color or contrast adjustments.

Photos cannot include harmful, obscene, pornographic, violent, or illegal images or anything which might infringe upon State and Federal laws.

All photos will appear on https://my.360photocontest.com/vetswithpets  

By participating, the Contestant (“You”) agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of Patriots and Paws as final and binding as it relates to the content of this contest.

By participating, You, the Contestant, have affirmatively reviewed, accepted, and agreed to all the Official Rules.   

Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted by law or regulations.
