Rules

The rules are very simple:

• All submissions must take place between April 1st & April 30th 2025
• All photos must be taken within the park
• Photos do not need to be taken during April 2025, any date is relevant as long as it was at Harrybrooke Park.
• Photos will not be presented until the $10 submission fee is paid
• It is $1 per vote, with a minimum purchase of five (5) votes at a time. There is no cap on how many times you may vote. 
• You can submit as many photos as you like, but each submission is $10
• The photo with the most votes will win the grand prize
• Photos do not need to be “raw” images but may certainly be enhanced only by using color, contract, saturation, shadows, highlights etc. The Park reserves all right to remove any image deemed to be Ai enhanced at no refund to the entrant. 
• The image quality must be at least 300 dpi.
• In submitting a photo you hereby grant Harrybrooke Park and Board of Management Harrybrooke Park the right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute my photographs, including any likenesses or images contained therein, for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to, publication in print, online, websites, social media, and advertising, without further compensation or permission. I waive any and all rights, claims, or interests I may have in these photographs, including but not limited to, copyright, privacy, and publicity rights. I acknowledge that this release is irrevocable and perpetual and will be governed by the laws of Connecticut. If I am under 18 years of age, my parent or legal guardian has read and agrees to these terms.
