RULES AND REGULATIONS

In order to enter the contest, you must agree to these Official Rules. Please read these Rules prior to entry to ensure you understand and agree. You agree that submission of an entry in the Contest constitutes agreement to these Rules. 

• Any photo submitted must be your own original work that does not contain any content, material or element that is owned by a third party.
• Contest open to US residents only.
• One entry per person during each round.  Only the first photo from each individual will be considered.  Any subsequent photos will be automatically disqualified.  
• Any submissions found to be lacking required information or submitted after the deadline will be disqualified.
• Employees/Admins/Moderators/Owners of MJ Addicts, MJ Addicts-run boards, Platinum by Matilda Jane, Matilda Jane Clothing, Livie & Luca, Mighty Acorn Foundation and their immediate families or members of their households (whether related or not) are ineligible to participate in this contest.  We reserve the right to verify eligibility at any time.  
• Photos submitted will be used in the promotion of this contest and may be used in the promotion of future contests.  
• By submitting a photo to this contest, you are agreeing to promote this contest on your personal and/or business social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.) profile/s during the voting process if you are selected as one of the top 25 finalists.
