The Story Behind Your Painting
It is an assuring feeling to me when I see the flag displayed on homes. I have lived through a number of conflicts. My Father was on the list for Normandy and my Father-in-law was in the Battle of the Bulge, and returned. I lost classmates in Vietnam and friends in Afghanistan. I understand that together we are all patriots in some way. So I call this painting "Together."
